Booking Fee to Secure your Wedding Date

A 20 % Booking Fee is required upon confirmation of your wedding date.

If for any reason you decide to cancel your date the 20% Booking Fee is non-refundable.

If for any reason Sakura decide to withdraw our services then a full refund will be given

The 20% Booking Fee is subtracted from your final wedding bill.


Quote, Contract & Payment

Quotes are valid for up to 14 days and the date of your prospective booking will be reserved in pencil for this period.

No binding contract will exist until you accept the quote in writing/email and we have confirmed receipt of the Booking Fee.

The final payment is due anytime and up to 28 days prior the wedding date.


Extra Charges?

A delivery/set-up/reuse/collection fee may be applied according to each individual contract. In some cases there may not be such a fee.


Items hired from Sakura Florist will be collected/returned the day after the wedding. A security fee may be required for certain hired items, and returned upon safe return of all Sakura Florist property.

All items hired must be returned or a replacement fee for the item will be charged.

All fees will be clearly outlined in your quote and final invoice/contract, ensuring no hidden fees.



As fresh flowers are a living product there are occasions that a particular flower may be unavailable or differ according to season.

Whilst every effort is made to source the product, we are sometimes unable to source a particular flower, in which case we reserve the right to use a similar flower in place of one previously chosen.

All fresh flowers are subject to availability and stringent quality checks.



Responsibility & Privacy

We are not responsible for injuries or damages sustained as a result of broken glass or materials.


Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and we are committed to protecting your privacy. We follow the procedures set out in this policy when using your information.


 For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulations ('GDPR') the data controller is Sakura Florist whose contact details are set out at the end of this document. We will use the information we collect from you lawfully and only to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.

 If you use Sakura Florist services or if you contact us with an enquiry we will collect personal information such as your name, contact details, phone number, e-mail address and address and only use them to respond to your enquiry and any relevant ongoing communication. We may contact you by telephone, post or email.

Sakura Florist will retain your information for 1 month after the service is delivered or we resonably believe ongoing communication has ended.

While you may have already consented to Sakura Florist to use images of your event on social media and Sakura Florist's website, you can withdraw your consent by contacting lorna@sakuraflorist.co.uk

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Because of the perishable nature of Products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.
